Recruitment

Recruitment is a process in which we choose young ladies that embody the ideas and morals of the sorority that was started on such a strong foundation of love, labor, learning and loyalty. We pride ourselves on being able to choose women who are not only smart, but sweet and outgoing. The women of Gamma Phi Beta are those that aspire for greatness and go after that in every aspect of their lives. Recruitment is so important because we want to make sure that we choosing the right women to represent our house in the best way. It’s a long and tiring process but the end result is a great group of girls that are gaining life experience, friends and memories that will stay with them for the rest of their loves.
